Shipping & Handling of Books
 
Within the U.S., the minimum shipping cost is $3.00 via the new book rate. The cost of shipment by faster mail will vary with the weight.
 
To Canada and Mexico, the minimum shipping cost is $4.00 for surface "book" mail (1-3 weeks). The cost of shipment by faster mail will vary with the weight.
 
Outside North America, you have the choice of receiving your books via surface mail (3-6 weeks) or airmail. For surface mail, there is a $4.00 minimum charge; weight increases the charge. Airmail, of course, is much more expensive. If registration is desired, the added cost is $8.00.
 
Clients outside the U.S. please inquire about the postage charges for specific books or supply your Visa or MasterCard number for automatic billing of charges.
